Efusjon Marketing Techniques

Efusjon marketing techniques
By btnelson

Ok folks, here we go.
First and foremost…don’t give up! This is a long road and anyone who told you different, lied. If you were counting on a get rich quick opportunity, you should’ve played the lottery. This is a process like any other. It has to build and pick up speed, from a snowball to an avalanche. Rome wasn’t built in a day…and all that stuff. Just be patient, and keep trying.
That said…here’s a few specific things to try.
As you should  already know, your target market is energy drink drinkers!
Everybody knows at least one, probably many. They already spend money on your product, some spend more than $150/mo on energy drinks. Those people are the easiest “sell” because it doesn’t change their financial picture much to join you. They spend the money anyway. Tell them it’s time to get some back. When I joined efusjon I stopped going to Starbucks and actually ended up saving money each month! ( I drank way too much starbucks!)
If you come across people who don’t drink energy drinks, you can probably write them off. However, do it in such a way that they feel…kinda left out. Lemme give you an example.  “that’s too bad…you could’ve made alot of money.” END OF CONVERSATION!!! Stop right there and don’t say another word about it, even if provoked. Let them stew in what you just said”…they could’ve made alot of money.” If that doesn’t get them asking questions, you would’ve been wasting your time anyway. Remember, you wrote them off in your head as soon as they said they don’t drink energy drinks, so don’t show them too much concern now.
Now here’s the other part of what you just did. You built a curiosity in them. You showed that you are selective and not willing to extend this offer to just anyone. You come off as an authority figure…deciding for them if they’re good enough to team with you. This will trigger something in them. A desire to not be “left out.” They may respond with things like  ” well, my kids/grandkids drink energy drinks…tell me more.” or ” I know people at work that might be interested, they drink energy drinks all the time.”
Now they are trying to sell themselves to you!
You didn’t beg or push or seem needy. You weren’t fazed at all when they weren’t initially interested. That posturing expresses dominance. Confidence is your biggest weapon! People aren’t interested in your company, its products or the comp. plan nearly as much as they are in you. If  they don’t see in you, something they want to be, they won’t join you. Most of the people you meet have no experience owning their own business.(I personally avoid these people, but we’ll go over that some other time) They are not likely to start an endeavor like this unless you seem successful. If your in any way begging or seem even the slightest bit needy, it tells them that that is what  they would have to do as well if they joined. Nobody wants to live day to day begging people to listen to them.
Now that we’ve touched on the frame of mind you need to operate from, lets get down to brass tacks.
Other than your target market…who else should hear about efusjon? Some of you probably said ” Brian, what about my warm list?” To each his own, but I never went that route. When you try to sell something or offer an opportunity to someone you know personally, it will undoubtedly come off as fake. It will seem to them that you are leveraging your relationship with them for personal gain. It causes animosity now, and more down the road if things don’t go well for them. Besides, they’re you’re friends and family. Don’t they deserve a little more of a guarantee than that? You succeed first and I assure you, they’ll ALL come running.
So who then?
My advice, think big!
Any restaurant, bar, independently owned convenience store, casino etc. that sells beverages has somebody in charge of purchasing those beverages to sell. Talk to that person! Start the conversation as an energy drink distributor, but steer it toward the fact that they are in an incredible position and you’re a little envious.(flattery will get you everywhere!) Tell them how easy your job would be if you had the kind of position they did. How if they were to distribute, they would be able to surpass you in sales almost immediately! (people love to hear about their accomplishments…even if they haven’t accomplished them yet.) Your building the idea in their head. People trust an idea if they think they thought of it.
This same thing can carry over to local sports teams. You tell them about the drink. How it won’t leave them with a crash in the middle of a big game. Remember, these are athletes…mention the heath benefits of efusjon compared to the other “top drinks”. Then tell them that they have the opportunity to get paid by their energy drink…like a sponsorship of sorts. Tell them that if multiple people join today…you’ll plug some of them in under each other so they are that much closer to getting their three. Maybe remind them that people at the gym might be good leads for them. Remember to build the dream. Coax their imagination along and show them how this could be a slam dunk for them. I want to reiterate here…casual tone to your voice…you’re helping them out, not the other way around! You can break even the most done deal if you lose track of your posturing. If you get too excited about them thinking of signing up, you seem like somebody that’s about to get away with something….at who’s expense?….theirs?….they won’t stay in the deal log enough to find out. Be congratulatory of their proactive step to join you and appreciative of what you hope they’ll bring to the team.( remember what I said about people and their accomplishments). This will set the bar for them and give them a purpose. From there it’s your job to mentor! Remember how some of you have felt after joining. When your upline mentor seemed to disavow any knowledge of your existance. Get them off to the right start! If you can sponsor 5 hard working, driven distributors…you can start planning your retirement.
In closing, I thought I was going to spend this time covering the who what when where stuff…but it turns out that the bigger issue is probably the HOW. How you market yourself to others. How they perceive you as a person and as a potential leader. How much effort you put in and how that effort is focused. Never stop growing…become that leader. As soon as you think you know it all…you’re wrong!
I hope you found this helpful, as that was my sole intention. You’ll notice I do not sell, pitch or sponsor ANY products in my blog. This is a place for FREE information. If you enjoyed this, please comment, subscribe and tell your friends!

Until next time…always press forward!
